Musical Aptitude ONLY - Supplementary Information Form

Entrance into Year 7 in September 2027

Registration for the Musical Aptitude Test for children who are currently in Year 5 is now open. If you would like to apply for your child to take part in our Musical Aptitude Tests, please complete the online form below. If you cannot complete the online form, there is also a printable form which can be downloaded and printed off, once completed you will then need to email it in to admin@chancellors.herts.sch.uk. Please DO NOT complete both online and printable forms.

The dates of the tests are: 

• 10 June 2026 - Written Test
• 16/17/18 June 2026 - Performance

Exact dates and timings will be sent out week commencing 2 June 2026 by email, please do not contact the school regarding dates/times before 5 June 2026.
